    There is a vendor in the republic fleet that sells level 1, 3 and 5 Ship upgrades. Fairly cheap. I believe he is in the same area as the GTN and for Republic at least is in the same cubby hole as the mount vendor.

    Republic scum.... I'll have to search through Vaiken space dock. One thing I hope they introduce is something akin to town guards for info about the space stations. The maps are good but not as intuitive as a guard putting a mark on your mini map.
