    That's why I said basically. ;-)

Cybertech is arguably the best crew skill in the game. Not only does it allows you to fully customize the look and stats on your armor and keep them up to date(Better than armortech or synthweaving) and it also provides mounts, grenades, ship upgrades and a lot of other great shit.

    Cybertech is basically like JC.
Not really, JC allows some customization... Cybertech allows full customization of all stats from base armor/damage to primary and secondary stats. It's a lot more powerful than JC.

You can get large amounts of mats or items needed for crafting, so instead of physically gathering mats at each and every node, I can send a companion out on a mission and get a chunk of the mats, its a timesaver. You can also get other mats that are only available by purchase from crew skill vendors, and while these mats start off cheap, you can sink a ton of money into buying a stack as your skill goes higher.

Some missions also have an added benefit of giving you LS/DS points, companion gifts and more.

Question. If my computer is capable of running WoW, will it be able to run ToR? I am interested in giving the game a shot, but I don't know if my machine can handle it.

Impossible to tell without seeing your systemspecs, but if you can run WoW then chances are you can run TOR at least on low settings.

True, I wasn't saying you were wrong though. Personally I think cybertech is the best crafting profession by far. It's only surpassed by artifice if you are a force user. Even then it's debatable. Though the bop relics you get at 50 looks pretty sweet.

The crafting part needs work so I don't think it deserves a sticky.

Sorry, didn't mean to intrude on the topic, Tem. Thank you.

OK, I'm going to go back and change the professions part.
