Cape Coral (pronounced Cape /ˈkɒrəl/) is a municipality located in Lee County, Florida, United States, on the Gulf of Mexico. Founded in 1957 and developed as a master-planned, pre-platted community, the city grew to a population of 154,305 by the year 2010.[citation needed] With an area of 120 square miles (310 km2), Cape Coral is the largest city between Tampa and Miami. It is a principal city in the Cape Coral – Fort Myers, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population estimate for the statistical area was 645,899 for 2009.[3] The city is known as a 'Waterfront Wonderland"[citation needed], since with over 400 miles (640 km) of navigable waterways, Cape Coral has more miles of canals than any other city in the world.

...and if this place just looks like a swamp with canals carved in, you're right. If it looks like a tropical paradise, it's time for you to pick up your Social Security check and retire here. -_-

Well, I don't drive, and I personally know a few of the assholes, so I don't mind 'em too much.

One of the most beautiful cities in the world and I have the privilige to call this my home for the next few years! |
    Made the vid myself;
I take two in the morning.
    I take two at night,
I take two in the afternoon
    and then I feel alright.
I take two in time of peace,
I take two in time of war.
I take two before I take two
and then I take two more

I would, but the "city" I live in is ugly as hell. So instead you should google it: Arendal, Norway.
Will post from where I gre up instead, much better place. Even though it's a small place, not much to do etc I still prefer that over this crap city.

*Wouldnt let me edit my pictures, so I gave it up. Here's a video instead, showing Abelvær in winter. Isnt showing all of it, but whatever

Abelvær, or rather it's surroundings are also part of the Fornaldarsaga (a tale of times past). More specifically in 4 sagas just named Hrafnistumannasögur. Which you can read here, in English. http://www.germanicmythology.com/FOR...annaSogur.html

I am most likely to end up living in Trondheim, Norway. Such an awesome place
Also not that far from where I grew up, so easier to go visit relatives there.

Wow! Some beautiful towns so far, guys!
I really like living in York. The Minster is really something!

If you like the Harry Potter movies, google "the shambles York", that street was used as part of creating Diagon Alley.

Some of the sights, all within ~hour drive of one another:

    The Skyline

    Balboa Park

    Cuyamaca-Rancho State Park

    Borrego Springs

    Torrey Pines

    The first mission in California

    Another important factor:

I don't plan on moving anytime soon.
