Right click "my computer", click properties, click "device manager", then look under "display adapters".

Or you could simply link the product page for it from wherever you got it.

Not the greatest card in the world, but you should be able to play wow at max settings I'd think. I do and I'm using a Core2Duo with a GTX 470

Yeah, unfortunately that's just a multimedia card.

You'll be able to run WoW at medium-ish settings with shadows on low/medium and keep acceptable FPS. As far as D3 is concerned, there really aren't any widely available benchmarks for us to base anything off of yet.

The good news is that installing a better video card is pretty easy if you decide to do so down the road. Just make sure you buy a power supply that can handle it along with it.

No... Definitely not. There is an absolutely -huge- difference between a 430 and a 470. You're talking about almost 500% performance gains between the two cards.

There's a pretty big difference between his graphics card and yours. My graphics card is a little worse and I can play on 1920x1080 with medium settings with no problems, but still, he could probably play on high settings if you lowered the resolution a bit.

Outside you should be keeping a steady 60FPS. 10 mans around 30, 25 mans around 16-20. This is all assuming that you're running an average resolution close to 1080p. If it's lower you should get slightly better performance.
