    A way to report

Hi guys, I need some advice, I run a website community, where certain individuals got disgruntled with admins and so on and are now pretty much harrasing the entire community, by posting porn and all kind of other stuff. Usual banning has not seem to work, as they just recreate and keep doing it, same with ip banning, as they are using proxies. It is going beyond trollying now and is plain harassment (they are threatening ddos attacks in future etc etc)

Thus I was wondering, since I know who the people are (their real names and where they live), is there a way to actually report them to some kind of a watch dog. People who are causing trouble live in America, so I was wondering whether there is any way to report them to some authorities or something in the States?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Not really, unless they start posting stuff illegal, such as Child Porn or different types of Animal Porn or something like that.

For now all you can really do is IP ban them and then block account registration if they're on a Proxy, or make it so Mods or Admins have to 'verify' or 'accept' new accounts before they can post or something.

As for the DDoS attack, all you can really do is hope they don't do it.
