are login servers offline?

soo after 43k+ latency ingame i restarted my client, now i cant even see the server selection screen. and cant access the website(waiting room doesnt have timer like it used to). anyone with similar issue?

I think their systems are under some very heavy stress right now. It's frustrating but hopefully they'll get it worked out quickly.
