SWTOR Order question

I am wow player and have always played american servers. I still play WoW in America, had my account set up there, never been an issue.

The question is, now I live in Germany, not on the Military base either. I am an American citizen. I tried to order SWTOR on Origin... but I dont see USA in the German origin and being I am in Germany I can only access that. I wanted to buy it from the USA but at this point it doesnt matter being you can choose what currency to pay in right?

I can pay for it in Euros. I guess I have to go buy it in a store? Why doesnt America show up for the credit and billing options for Origin Germany?
I speak not bad German, but not fluent either...

Anyone had this problem or have any idea? And does anyone know are physical copies bought in stores in Europe, can you install in English or only in the language of the country?

it doesn't matter where you buy it, you can choose which server you want to join, so if you wish you can join american servers, or germans servers, or french servers,
