Should i go for 3202 haste or stay with 2589

So. i was reading some on shadowpriest.com and iam asking here to be sure that i understood right.. well i saw i need 3202 haste to get extra damage from imp DP!

So the question is should i aim for gear so i can get 3202 HASTE? or should i stick with 2589(without di) and then full mastery?

i know i explain like a retard, but i hope you understand it

If you have enough gear to reach the next haste breakpoint then go for it, if not you are probably best off to reforge to mastery untill you get more gear
