Youtube running slow?

Keeps being laggy for me, kinda like having low FPS. Not the video, just when typing comments and stuff.

If youtube runs slowly, I can usually just switch to another video resolution(even if it's higher) and it usually picks back up.

This is so weird then, everything else is loading super fast but when i try and watch a video it takes hours to fully buff.

Check that, the videos on youtube can be somewhat big so if your download sucks you can notice slow buffering.

Youtube also uses a distributed server network, it may be that the server near you is slow, where as other people's are not.

My speedtest came to 0.26 mbps 0.27 upload speed and 45ms ping, is this good?
