Vuhdo question

So I recently downloaded Vuhdo again, and now everytime I'm in a raid, I get the tranquility and wild growth icons showing up on the bars. I've turned AOE advice off, but they still show up. Should the refresh rate be closer to 100 msec, or 3000 msec?

If you know how to fix it, please help

Go to Options-Panels-Hots and remove Wild Growth and Tranquility from hot boxes (they are editable. You need only hit backspace or delete).

Refresh rate is how often it checks for the status. If you set it to 3000msec that's 3 sec. If you want to update your hots only once every 3 sec that's up to you but you won't have a nice 10->1 countdown. You'll have 10->7>4>1 and so on. Which I think is a bit much. How are you to react timely to things if you're only checking statuses once every 3 sec? Leave it at default (I think it's 250 or 300 msec) and you should be good. Don't go over 1000msec.

If it's the aoe adivce: Remove "[b] AOE advice" from hot slot 7.
