Help me perfect my Balance Druid, please!

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help perfect my druid in terms of Talents, Glyphs, Gems and Enchants so I can maximize my DPS with the gear I currently have

If you have the option. Go for T12 4set and only break it when you get a hold of the T13 normal headpiece.
Aside from that, your gear looks pretty good.

Your spec has a few errors tho. Move those points out of Furor, it's a crappy talent for a boomkin. If you want to have the rage or energy for a Stampeding roar, just go bear form and use enrage. Because Enrage is off the GCD, you can macro Stampeding roar in it.
Some people would advise against picking up lunar shower, for multidotting purposes, you could stick em in the gale winds or dreamstate (for yorsahj).

Pick up 2 points in perseverance tho, it's good for reducing incoming damage.
