Crystallised brimstone could be upgraded by the quest ring(s) from the final new heroic (the ones with haste/spi, haste/hit i believe), i prefer haste on boots in DS but then again i get to sit anfd manage mana voids on yorsajh rather than run about chasing oozes. I might've held off on the gloves until you seen what tier dropped this coming week, ideally we want to be replacing our shoulders with the resto tier ones, especially since our 4pc is... well you know.

You seem quite light on haste due to some gearing choices/drops but that'll come right in a few weeks, for now if you have a lock worry about staying above 2324 rating( No NG up breakpoint for +3 ticks with DI), that being said all your dots should be getting the benifit of NG unless you have a lot of movement. If you don't have a lock just work on getting your haste up as much as you can, even at the expense of mastery since its value has dropped slightly since you've broken the 4pc t12 if you had it.

Spec looks good, i personally would switch fungal growth for gale winds since there's nothing to slow in DS and when red and black are up on yorsajh you cant always get dots on them so hurricane is a good backup option. Glyph of innervate is pretty useless i'd switch it out for glyph of focus on single target/concentrated add fights and go for monsoon on the others(if ylou dont use typhoon like most people dont worry about monsoon).

Apart from that its just the usual upgrade gems on bis things (cloak and relic, wrists are stupidly close to morchok bracers in terms of PP so im not gonna rush to drop them for hc ones), get into LFR every week and hope for a new trinket to upgrade Necro with(take some buddies, make them roll too ) and finally if you can dropping skinning for alch, enchanting, engi, tailoring to get the 80 int bonus would be a good idea to squeeze some more int.

looks pretty good, however im curious why you have the valor bracers. i mean they are pretty crap, imo you should have either bought something else with teh valor points, or sold vp bracers and then bought the crafting ones, as they are pretty awesome the ring from morchok is about the same, i would have passed that ring to another caster, as crit is a really weak stat, but if noone else needed it, i suppose it could have been an upgrade:P

other then that, u seem to know what ur doing, so 8/10

Not much to comment on, your haste is redonkulous (which is nice), you're a tad above the hit-cap so you might want to improve that, tho, it will be a very minor improvement! 9/10 !

10/10 obviously almost bis gear i guess, not too much for now since 4set t12 full hc rapes t13 4 normal legendary , etc.
only thing is yeah guess ur unlucky atm but bracers for morchok hc and ring of the riven hc but i mean perfect hit capped etc, pro haste and nice mastery defo 10/10.
only ur relic u should update D: and ring to valor pts too

Instead of the Variable Lightning Pulse Capacitor why not try to get Necromatic Focus heroic. And pair that with your Will of the Unbinding. And my only question for that is that since Crit is one of out bottom stats, in theory (I hope I am right), the capacitor will not proc as often as let's say a trinket that does not rely upon crit. And the last thing. Why no t13 2 piece? Wouldn't it in theory be a slight upgrade fro T12 4piece due to how it works?

As far as I know 4p t12 (full hc) is best until you get 4p t13 hc(ilvl 410) only piece you get of tier13 is leggings since they give haste/mastery. as for VLPC, it still is 5-7% of my damage which is pretty high for a trinket.

9/10 Very nice gear. I would go for the VP belt instead of the Hagara's one but it's just me. I follow the simulationcraft's results for the trinkets and this is why I replaced NF with VLPC.
As for the talents - imo 3/3 Furor is better than Dreamstate and moonkins shouldn't have any problems with mana. The rest is fine.

I'd say you could swap points in fungal growth over to perseverance, since FG really doesn't do much for us this tier of bosses, but that's really personal preference more than anything else. :P

Only tip i have for you is prolly to get more gear.

I'll give you 8/10.

The reason for that is that theres some talents i would change around. "Fungal Growth" to 2 point in "Moonglow". And i would change the feet enchant to Lavawalker cause of the high movement there is in the current content.

High movement in dragon soul? not really.
