What is the difference between these GPUs?

I am looking at these and comparing the specs, for the life of me, I cannot figure out the difference.

How about one with a better cooler? $220 (after rebate) is pretty good for this card/cooler!


Edit: Scratch my first edit, I needed to actually look a bit closer. Stupid me. But honestly, why get a reference cooler, when you can get one that is quite a bit better?

The specs are identical. The difference you are paying for is the warranty. One has a 2 yr warranty, the other has a lifetime warranty.

I see no information on the difference in coolers but w/e. IDK if I need to spend 20 more dollars on a warranty for a card I will most likely be looking to replace in 2 years.
