Even with everything on low, I would be looking at max 25 fps in non crowded areas. If it was crowded it'll drop.

ugh...i have 19 fps right now with MY OLD lap top on WoW with everything low

You also get lower fps inside buildings rather than the outside world..it's rather odd. I play with everything on max on a 1080p resolution and get 90-110 FPS outside, then when I go inside a house it drops to 60-80 for whatever reason.

Well if you're used to playing WoW with 19 FPS, then playing Star Wars with 10-25 wouldn't hurt you

You need to buy a computer with a dedicated graphics card. Intel HD is an integrated graphics card, ie. it uses some of your system memory, etc. which makes it slow down your entire system. 2.2 GHz is also kind of slow for current gaming nowadays, tbh.
