Cant Download Swtor

it all started in the beta when i wasn't able to download past English assets 7 at 77% when it got to this point my computer completely frozen up and sometimes crashed. just yesterday i decided to buy the game and try loading it again it got the whole way through the download and then said there was an error so i hit repair and it started verifying things starting with the main assets then it went to English assets and stopped verifying at 3% and my computer started to freeze up and crash again now i decided to completely uninstall and start reinstalling but I'm wondering if theirs any other solutions in case this happens again

What are your computer stats, and you current region/ game region?
Also, have you tried calling tech support?

Ram: 4 GB
System type: 64 bit
Vista
video card: Nvidia GeForce GT 520
im on the east coast idk why that would matter
also na i havnt called tech support i hate calling stuff like that

I don't have an answer but this is a huge problem with a ton of people I am seeing, all over the official forums hopefully someone can figure it out

Find a friend with the game disks, subvert the issue for the time being.

from what ive read its been happening to people with disks too
