Looking to get a new video card, need some help.

Hey, I'm looking to get a new video card, as mine is pretty outdated. Currenlty, I have a Radeon 3450, what's a good, affordable upgrade.
Things I'm looking to play in the future: SWTOR, GW2, The Witcher 2.

Affordable is entirely dependent on your budget. What I may find affordable is crazy to you. Give us your budget, your location, your preferred currency, and the rest of your system specs including make, model, and wattage of your power supply.

Then and only then can we really give you the best possible information available.

Like Culadin said; the value of money is in the eye of the person buying.

I recently bought a nVidia GTX 560 Ti. It runs smooth as anything, even when playing on a dual screen set up with a 42" and 22".

Umm.. your have a Radeon 3450?? What CPU are you running? If it's a whitebox your probably at the low limit for all 3 games with both the CPU/GPU. You'll need as a minimum a 2.5 GHZ CPU and at least a Radeon 4850 to look at SWTOR/GW2, a little less with the Witcher 2.
