Please need help! skyrim shutting down my computer!

Sorry i know this is not the correct place to post this, But i am so frustrated at the moment its ridiculous.

The past 2 days ive been trying to get skyrim to work and NOTHING i do is working.

The problem im having is that the game is just completely shutting down my computer within 5minutes of playing. I still havent passed the character customization thing yet after the beginning cut scene. All i want to do is play the game but its causing so much problems its bullshit.

Yes i have reinstalled, i have a store bought pc, it is pretty good too (plays wow and rift 50-60fps on good graphics), Yes i have fixed the sound settings i just dont know where to turn to next i have been on so many sites looking for answers but nothing i do works.

Please help?
