SimC + 4pc

Does the current SimC account for the T13 set bonuses?

I currently have the LFR tier shoulders to make my 4pc, and also have the normal Backbreaker Spaulders off Spine. Breaking the 4pc to use the Backbreaker Spaulders results in a slightly higher dps increase... according to SimC. Does this sound correct?

God... I passed tier pants to a guildy last week. I should have kept them so I could retain my 4pc with the Backbreaker Spaulders.

No this does not make sense, the 4pc will be a bigger increase then the normal version shoulders. The 4pc is actually quite good!

No one knows for sure if simc calculates the 4pc bonuses into the equation?
