when to drop 4pc 378

i just got 2 tier pieces 397ilvl, should i break my 378 4pc for the 2 397 tier? also im demo

Yes.

It probably would be worth it alone by just the stats gains, but also 2pc T13 is pretty awesome (especially as Demo).

As the poster before me said, you can smoothly upgrade from 4pc t12 to 2pc 12/2pc t13 to 4pc t13 with no problem. The stat gains help on this but the 4pc t12 bonus isn't even worth as much as most Warlocks think it is. The 2pc t13 bonus is indeed extremely solid if for no other reason than making you able to Doomguard on every attempt instead of every other attempt because of the hideous long cooldown. The extra time on it of course helps too.
