Constant appcrash RAGE

So I downloaded the patch last night, wake up this morning to play only to have my game become unplayable. I keep experiencing APPCRASH error every time I try to load the game up. Is anybody else experiencing this? Anybody know how I can resolve this issue? Thanks.

Check for a repair tool - i believe i saw one - in the startup screen. Although I noticed a slower reaction time to my abilities after update - I had no crashes.

Where can I find said repair tool? In the launcher? That's about as far as I can get right now. I open the launcher, sign in, pick my environment (swtor), hit play. The title screen comes up and then shortly thereafter the game crashes.

I am at work - otherwise I would just check my comp. But im pretty sure it was in the opening screen where you press PLAY to start - in the menus at the top.
