Im a pretty unexperienced raid leader!
But im tired of crumpy BH leaders, thinking they are god # 2.
- So wanna set up, my own.
How to set up the group, which classes etc, and what to lf for an what rules to set.

Depends if you're doing BH 10 classrun or BH25.
For a pug raid you should use Master Looter and the set the rules for MS > OS. MS being the spec they joined with etc.
If you're only doing the last boss, you only need two competent tanks that knows how to taunt off each other really and tell everyone to stack with the tanks. If people are able to do that, you're mostly capable of killing the boss :P

1. Stand in OG or SW.
2. /2 LFM BH25 - Need 2 tanks, 5 healers and 18 mixed dps. Whisper ilvl and role for inv.
3. /invite people that reply if you want them in your raid, remember that less of your class gives you a better chance at winning, try to get an even spread of classes.
4. Set raid differculty to 25 (click playerframe) and convert to raid grp (click O) after you've invited someone.
5. Repeat step 2 till you have 25 raiders.
6. Ask someone to mass summon.
7. Accept mass summon.
8. Do role check
9. Write MS > OS - PVP ffa
10. Set masterloot to yourself by right clicking your playerframe and selecting loot options (or something like that).
11 .Tell people to stack behind boss when he doesn't do dance, and spread when he does.
12. Do /readycheck
13. Once everyone has accepted readycheck do /raid GO!
14. Kill boss
15. Check loot
16. /raid <Shift left-click item> Roll 1-100
17. Give to person that rolls highest and is main spec for that item (if pve)
18. Repeat step 17 six times.

Congrats you just organized and completed your first BH25

Be ready to have people hate you for being the only of your class, people that hate you for not replying because u get a lot of whispers, people that hate you because you won't invite their undergeared alts, people that go afk, people that ninja pull, people that leave right before pull, people that leave because you wiped because of the ninja pull.

Not really much to "lead" in BH

Do CR, group, spread on whirlwind and find 2 tanks that have a clue when to taunt.
Do /roll on PvP items.
