Crusty rolls & lentil soup.
Mmmm :>
Shrimp, steak, bacon, cheese (mozzarella), soft white bread, ice (though its not really a food), raspberries, grapefruits, saltine crackers, local lake fish with hot sauce (bass, bluegill), and last but not least DEER MEAT with ranch dressing NOMNOMNOM... I could seriously eat deer meat with ranch dressing my entire life. Considering this stuff around here is pretty uhm.. Easy to obtain and such it's considered plain in my eyes, since so easily available.
Porkchops with potato gratin, boiled vegetables (and a dash of butter) with mushroom sauce and red or blackcurrant jelly. I could make this every day, and it just takes like 20 minutes too.

Ritz crackers and peanut butter
well, i usually get hungry 10min before raid starts, so things need to be fast, cheap but also somewhat healthy. so there's little meat in my diet, and also a little variation because it depends on what i find in the fridge and the time i've got to prepare...
- toast sandwiches (butter+salmon mmmh, scrambled eggs+cheese+roasted onion rings+tomato based sauce!!!!)
- soups (usually with egg, veggies, mushrooms, cheese on top and such things)
- potato wedges with chilli butter or oil
- sandwich with fish sticks+remoulade
- pasta with broccoli, garlic, fresh tomato, mushrooms, parmeggiano, and whatever else i may find in my fridge
- baked potatoe with cheese
most of those things can be combined with salads, fresh tomatoes or fruit as desserts
