Why is it so bad to dedicate lots of time if this is something they love? Everyone knows that most skilled professionals (at anything be it sport, arts, academics) got to that position in their field because of time spent and dedication. Yes, obviously Pele for instance had natural born skill. But he also spent 100 x the time on football vs what regular people his age did. Effort and time do matter, no matter what you do. It just amazes me that some top raiders seem to think that time spent and effort should not matter, when in fact these two make up 90% of all achievements in real life.
