So, for all my bitching about the ode to joy, I was actually quite moved by it.

It just reminded me, that indeed, Joy is a wonderful binding agent between humanity, and should indeed be praised! Joy is not the product of your situation, Joy is a state of being. You don't need anything to be joyful, all that's required is within yourself! So, with that in mind, let's move into a wonderful and joyous new year, everyone!
