Start using raid us/eu forums

I suggest that we start using the raid us first kills and raid eu first kills forums or delete them (for the sake of my OCD).

Right now I dont understand why the two forums are there, the mods ignore them (in a way that threads that should be in those forums are not moved there) and the users of mmo-champ ignore them.

Now that I think of it the users probably dont ignore them its just that the forums are lowest on the forums list and thus impossible to find.
