Threads showing nonexistant pages

Hey,

I've noticed that in some threads, like the Request a sig -thread, sometimes show an X amount of pages, but the site redirects me from that last page to the second to last page, for example;

Currently the Request a sig -thread shows 1730 pages for me, but when I try to access that last page either through the next page button, the site number's button, from the subforum or even if I write the page number into the browser, it always keeps redirecting me to page 1729 instead of letting me go to page 1730 (or the last page, if you will).

Is this a known issue or something random that just keeps happening to me?
I'm currently using Mozilla Firefox as my browser.

The page doesn't actually exist as far as I'm aware - it's an issue with deleted posts making the forums software think there are more pages than the thread actually has.

Yep, it's an artifact of deleted posts and cached page counts. The extra pages don't exist; they're just a bug.
