About Exsurge Domine:

Exsurge Domine was formed at September 2008 by a small group of friends and managed to clear Karazhan and ZA at our first two raids together.
Eventually we decided to expand our guild and invite more members into it, at WotLK things got much better for Exsurge Domine we cleared Naxx at the first few weeks, at Ulduar release we cleared all Hard Mode encounters, cleared Trial of the Grand Crusader pretty fast as well and managed to take down Heroic Lich King. In Cataclysm we continued our strong progress until present with 6/7 Firelands Heroic.

Currently recruiting:
- Exsurge Domine currently are looking for several dpsers, with high priority on ranged dps, and also a handful of healers: mainly hpala, priests and rdruids..
- Exceptional applications of any class/spec will be considered.

What can Exsurge Domine offer you:
- An opportunity to regularly participate in organized 25 man raids.
- The chance to explore all of the PvE content that Cataclysm has to offer including hard mode bosses.
- A friendly and positive guild environment.
- We raid 3-4 times a week and enjoy doing other activities as well as PvP and Rated Battlegrounds where we are consistently ranked 1st/2nd on Frostmane Horde side.
- Our raiding times are: Monday-Thursday 20:30 - 24:00 (GMT +1),
- We use EPGP as our looting system to reward attendance while offering new recruits some loot opportunities.
- A low stress, fun and progressive raiding atmosphere.

What we expect from you:
- You must have excellent raid awareness and know boss mechanics well before raid time! We do not accept people who tunnel, whether they be tanks, dps or healers.
- You must be a team player and have respect for others.
- You must constantly aim to improve, regularly researching your class and keeping up to date on spec details.

As with many guilds, we have a very strong core group of players who are regularly and highly WOL ranked, and have placed top 3 on Horde Frostmane progression for almost 2 years. We are looking for several more players of this calibre to complete our roster and push to clear all hardmode content as the first guild on Frostmane Horde.
