[Music] Help me remember this song..think its a California band

So I saw a music video for a song back during the beginning of summer, thought the song was awesome. This band is from cali, or the video was shot there. The song was more mellow and calm, but from what I remember in the video, they were fixing up an old little boat/canoe or something, and then you see the 4 band members carrying it around to the ocean I assume. The singer was wearing a beanie(as a fashion statement)

Naw they were younger guys. had to be early-mid 20 year old guys in this band. It had a "Jamaican" feel to it i guess lol. I just remember the singer had long blonde hair and wore a beanie. >.<
