SWTOR has more active players than WOW atm in US and EU regions.

Gentlemen we have a wow killer in US and EU. Definition being here more active players logged onto servers.

The numbers are from latest http://www.warcraftrealms.com/weeklyfactionactivity.php 127293+139142=266435

World of Warcraft has total of 266435 players weekly average logged on peak hours in US and EU regions combined.

    http://massively.joystiq.com/2012/01...current-users/

SWTOR has been launched only in US and EU region so that estimate is from same regions also.

So at the moment judging from those numbers that SWTOR seems to have more players online than World of Warcraft.
You can call my post a troll if you want. But you can make those calculations yourself if you don't trust mine.
It seems we have new MMO king.

    this is continuation of http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...and-EU-regions.
Moderator who closed that said there it is ok to discuss this in SWTOR forum.

But there is error in his last post. Census does count all players in realm. You can read it on same page if want.

Data is collected using the latest version of the CensusPlus UI Mod. = means mod is collecting data. and data from using only latest version is used.

Important notice it does NOT say: data is collected PLAYERS using the latest version of the CensusPlus UI Mod. That was the simply error moderator did made.

Why do you have to keep posting this? Doesn't seem like the last thread got a lot of good discussion, this one will probably just end up the same >.>

Yes but does SWTOR have what it takes to keep those players logged in for 7+ years? My bet is no.

please don't post WoW killer, you are just encouraging the VS discussion and starting flaming with fanboys/trolls on both sides. discussion can be fine but as soon as you use that idiot term WoW killer you just spark flame wars.

on last post moderator said you can continue discussion at swtor section of mmo-champion forums. I think it is important for players and perhaps Activision and EA stockholders to know about thse kind of data there is freely available today.
