2 Peice T13 Healing Broken?

Ok... I tried with PI and with Divine Hymn and my quartz cast bar is showing the same time casting Greater Heal with Temporal Boon up as when it's off. Whaaaat? Anyone know anything.

GHeal - 2.3 sec normally
PI/Temporal Boon up - 1.95 sec
Unclick Temporal Boon - 1.95 sec
PI disappears - 2.3 sec

Same with Divine Hymn if I break cast and try to get a couple off.

Temporal Boon (click me) does not give you haste Fulbert. It decreases the manacost of your spells. The cast time of your spells should not and will not change at all.
