Horrible down load speeds

From my old computer a few weeks ago:



From my new computer that I built like a week ago:



Anyone know what might be causing this? I did a power cycle of my modem/router/computer, but that didn't help. I'm wondering if its comcast just throttling me since I to download a lot of updates over the last few days.

Are you using the same wireless adapter?
Is it in a different room?
Have you tried contacting Comcast?
Are you using the latest wireless drivers if you're using Wireless?

Wired, not wireless. Same wire and setup that the old one used. I plan on calling comcast tomorrow if I can't figure it out.

Yeah, I'd call Comcast. Otherwise, make sure your drivers are up to date for your Ethernet.
