How many watts does this graphics card require?

Can't seem to find the wattage needed for this graphics card. Anyone know?

My honest guest would be between 500 & 600 watts. You could always google it.

350-400W would be my guess. Be hard to find because those that actually review and figure the actual wattage review cards that can do something other than flash games.

its definitely less than 250 because one of the guys in the comments there wrote that he bought that card for his 360W power unit.
but still i too couldnt find the correct answer.

There's a similar graphics card that says recommended 300w. I think 380+ is a bit much for this little thing.

That card will use around 70W afaik at absolute max load. Pair it with a 95W CPU, fans, ODD and other crucial components and the system will in theory pull somewhere around 230W at max load. I'd recommend a good 300-350W PSU.

I really want to get this but I don't know the wattage required, I already tried googling it and there's not much info I can see. I believe what I have at the moment is only 400w or so.

GT 440 consumes 55 W. Power consumption in non-gaming states is still incredibly low with 7 W in idle at the desktop and 12 W when playing back Blu-ray content.

    Maximum Graphics Card Power (W) 56 W

Many many reviews stating it will use less then 65w even at full load. Even nvidias official site.

Well, my gtx 570 requires at least 600 watts, so maybe 400 or 500.

400 Watts would be about right. Got to remember it depends on what else you're running in your system, as certain CPUs, motherboards, harddrives etc will use different amounts of power. Also, if you have a large amount of fans active full time, then you have to take that sort of thing into account. Overall though, assume that 400W will do, as the card seems like it's not going to be large power draw on its own.

thanks very much, and also razorback I think I could find my make there too they're similar cards. I literally only use pc for movies and wow, other games I play on xbox. If this helps thats my pc info - http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/708/captureno.png/ Should point out the windows rating of 3 is because I currently have a terrible graphics card, hopefully when I upgrade it my lowest score will be 5.9 so will be nice and future proof a little. Is there any site that u can say, put in the graphic card make and see the windows rating thing of it?

Edit - wow that tech power up site is great and goes down through like a whole list of games and how the card handles them including wow- im guessing they aren't in sw but the lowest theyre saying is 80fps, I have wet dreams about 80 fps, then wake up and get my 7-20 fps.

I wouldn't take into consideration anything windows score tells you. Your best taking some actual results into account.

    Check this site. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/GPU11/229

Scroll through the options at the top, gives you a detailed list of all cards, how they perform in certain scenarios and you can pitch cards against cards. Also works for CPUs too.

    LMFAO.

    GTX570 requires a PSU of 400w if it's clocked to the limits. Here's Guru3D's review;

    1. System in IDLE = 181W
    2. System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 369W
    3. Difference (GPU load) = 188W
    4. Add average IDLE wattage ~ 25W
    5. Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 213 Watts

thanks very much for the help, I'm not really very knowledgeable all I know is that I needed a better graphics card to run wow smoothly + that the best thing is GDDR5 1gb card, don't even know what that means but there ya go lol. Well I know the simplistic version, it can access the memory faster, bout it.

Alright guys, how much would these 3 graphics cards require?
