Choose the one you like to play the most.

With that being said, the only class that's even viable having two of in a rBG setting at a somewhat decent rBG rating (2.2k+) would be a mage. 2 frost/or 1 being fire is still competitive whereas two of the other classes is not such of a good idea. Though all 3 classes are mostly needed for a general optimal rBG setup, so again; choose whichever you like the most and stick with it.

Lock >- Mage >- Hunter, that order.

Locks dominate rbgs, mages are amazing.

Hunters are for sitting a node and going afk.

Hunters are probably the most fun. If you're fully geared, you WILL wreck harder than a mage or warlock. But that's fully geared, enchanted, gemmed, etc.
Mages with a few Cataclysmic pieces will do more damage compared to an equally geared lock or hunter.
Locks can just DOT DOT DOT everyone around them, pump out a lot of AOE healing pressure. They aren't the best 1v1, but when mastered, can be pretty good. They're also probably the squishiest class IMHO.

hunters get wrecked by everything and most likely die from dots during deterrence. hunters are only interesting for flair on rbgs tbh.

You've never played a good hunter then.

Sure, bad hunters will always be a free kill. A good hunter can beat almost all classes with ease.
