<Ascended> on the server US-Shadowmoon (PVP) is looking for one or two more talented individuals for our 25 man team. Our guild is the product of a merger between two guilds, and has been together a mere two months. That being said we have increased our raid talent two-fold since then, through strong leadership and results. Our goal is to move in to Heroic 25 mans this month.

We recruit talent over individual classes, as our officer core can easily make our raid composition work through alts. We raid only 6 hours per week, Tuesdy and Thursday nights from 7:30 to 10:30 EST.

Because of our limited raid schedules we expect a few things from our raiders:

Be on time
Don’t take random AFKs
Don’t waste time
Maintain 90% Attendance

We have no bias in our raids. Our policy is simple, the best 25 people online will raid, period. We don’t care if you’re an officer, a new recruit or our best friend, if you are not performing you will not raid, and if you do perform you will raid. Our officer core has world top 100 experience and has been together since Wrath of the Lich King.
