Most heals/DPS arena games are decided on a dime when one team gets a lucky break with a string of crits or something to that effect. It's why arena didn't take off as an esport and is terribly boring to watch.
Ok then, stay in the middle of the arena with your holy paladin and eat polymorphs/counterspells as crazy while your partner is getting nuked by the mage. You will end up with 95% mana and your partner dead.

They never had Polymorph, fear or ranged CC irl so GG.

Pillars are necessary, healers stood in the open would be CCed like a bawz and their team destroyed, no one would run it.

The crying is just over people who 'in theory' can line up enough CC on a healer to win but are getting out played and killed because the healer can LOS correctly.

Im sure these are the same people who if zerged, run behind a pillar to avoid it or heal themselves up.

Its good play style, its necessary.

    L2p :/
