iLvl Scaling Idea for Older content

What do you guys think about a possible "ilvl scaling down" system for older content? I've been wondering about this since I ran through the HoT 5-mans on the PTR. So why not add a similar "debuff" for content from previous expansions (e.g. scaled to 226 for Ulduar)? I see it being an optional feature with possible extra rewards for choosing it.
