Strange frame around extra actionbars

Any idea what's causing this? It's really annoying. If I set it to show all buttons then it's nothing but a bunch of black frames. I'm not sure if it's an addon because I'm running very few of them.

Looks like an addon frame. Type /fstack and hover your mouse over the area to see if it gives you any clues.

I had those same frames.. Got no idea what caused them tho. They just disappeared.. Would love to know what it was myself!

I couldn't seem to figure it out so I just installed the bartender addon and moved things around how I wanted

I have this problem aswell, but fixing it is something i cant figure out how to do :s

Reinstalled the game and having these same frames again...so annoying.
