In regards to properly deciding which Heroic+ quests on each planet are worth doing. Has anyone seen a compilation like that? A couple of us in guild are trying to get a good list of these quests to guide guild mates through. Mostly the aim is to allow them to fully equip in orange items to maximize use of mods/enhancements via planet badges with a few gaps filled in by certain trade skills.

Also, has anyone done any ratings of which Heroics are difficult or easy?
