1. Say automatically 'go that player' by clicking 1st or 2nd macro for a 2's

2. Automatically put certain marks on a player in same team

Sounds like you're doing 2s without vent or Skype.

1. Only thing I can think of is making two macros saying "attack arena player 1" or "attack a p 2" and clicking the one you need.

Personally I abuse that I play a class that can stealth so I call it out.

Unless you're a melee cleave you don't need to rush in anyway so you can type that out anyway.

2. If you mean your team, you cam put target markers, same from dungeons and raids aka skull, cross, etc, on your own chars before you enter the queue.

for option 1 i'd go for this: '/p Attack %t
option 2: make a raid and set the marks, it will stay persistant trough arenas.
you cant mark enemy players.
