Should I put back on my 4-piece T12?

I have T12 normal (378 ilvl 4 piece)

This is my current armory - eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/frostmane/Ryngh/advanced

I know hot streak doesn't proc as much without the T12 4-piece, however my spells do more damage. It is less RNG this way and I do a constant 20-22k DPS self buffed, however with the 4-piece I do anywhere between 17-25k DPS self buffed.

If any mathematical geniuses (As it turns out I'm not so genius as I had to google how to spell geniuses) know which is best I would greatly appreciate your help.

It's also worth noting that by putting my 4-piece back on I will be loosing 327 intellect and around 300 crit.

Also off-topic. Does anyone know why on the first 5 bosses in DS I destroy the DPS meters in my guild by about 3-5k DPS but on Warmaster Blackhorn I am barely in the top 3 only doing 18k DPS. I thought fire mages excel at movement DPS and I got about a 95 percent uptime spamming scorch when I need to move. I get out DPS'd by a Warrior and DK.

Also, why on earth is Lavawalker ranked higher than +50 haste. Afaik 50 haste is > 35 mastery for fire spec... Hell even 50 mastery is > 35.
