Pillow Fort of Wildhammer-PvP is a strict 10 man Horde guild that raids 4 days per week. We formed 3 weeks into Firelands and quickly went 6/7 pre-nerf. Our Core raiders have been together dating back from several months to several years. We have dominated our servers progression since our formation and have maintained the number 1 ranked guild on the server. Pillow Fort has its sights set on being a top US 10 man guild, and with each boss we've slain in Dragonsoul we've made that more and more a reality.
We are currently 7/8hm (US#15 10man) in Dragonsoul as well as 7/7hm Heroic Firelands (Pre-4.3)

Although we DO NOT RECRUIT FOR THE BENCH, we do maintain a 13 person roster in order to maximize our ability to be competitive on the US level. IF you can perform, you WILL see raid time. Players are rotated based on maximizing loot potential for the GUILD, maintaining the ability to kill the boss cleanly and efficiently, as well as gearing up the players aimed at our next progression kill.
ALL MEMBERS/TRIALS/POTENTIAL RECRUITS are expected to rank consistently on worldoflogs.com. While we recognize that everyone must perform their individual roles for the fights, and that our strategies used for the fights might prevent our members from ranking #1, we believe that any skilled, competent player can rank in the top 200 regardless of strategy or role.
INABILITY TO RANK CONSISTENTLY CAN AND LIKELY WILL RESULT IN A FAILED TRIAL.
Is done via non-biased officer loot council. All loot decisions are weighed heavily based on performance, attendance, and biggest upgrade for the raid.
Pillow Fort is also open to Casuals/Friends. On our off days we like to find ways to entertain ourselves. For the past several weeks we have been selling Heroic Ragnaros kills and mounts. We also run an Alt raid on our offdays. And the guild enjoys doing old achievements / mount runs.
