396ilvl Prot Paladin LF Guild 6/8 H Experience

I am looking for MT position with at least 6/8 H progression, preferably 10man but 25m will work too... if needed I could go Ret, currently 387 ilvl. Also (PST) Guild would be nice anything that starts around 7pm or later.
