Thats from Yor'sahj the Unsleeping not Zon'ozz, and the HC zon'ozz staff is better I would think, big chunk of mastery and more dps.

For a bear, go with the one from DW, lots more avoidence due to the proc.

Weapon dmg isnt that important for bears!

LFR kiril is better than reg spire so I'd say reg Kiril is better than heroic spire. Really you're comparing a big chunk of mastery over the extra armor and over 1k extra agility.

Kiril, Fury of Beasts for sure. People forget to consider the 700 passive armor on the weapon. Not to mention the agility proc is a huge chunk of dodge. Based off a 10 minute log... The buff (Fury of the Beast) has about a 33% uptime... so roughly about 353.1 passive agil.
