Sith inqui VS Jedi consular: Please fix

the consular has a better companion skill to balance this out.
while the inquisitor restores 50% hp, the consular takes only 50% damage over a long time, which is much more powerful

having said that, I wouldnt mind at all if they gave shock a cooler animation with a delay, something like a ball lightning.
