So after I updated minecraft to 1.1 Ive been having trouble getting past "done loading".. Now I know theres a lot of threads around on the internet regarding this problem but none of the suggestions worked. I've tried deleting the minecraft folder and redownloading the minecraft.exe... I've also tried reinstalling Java to see if that would fix it but nope... running it as admin doesn't work either ._. Does anyone know what the problem is?... btw Im using Win7 64 bit

Did you make a backup of the older version first? Also, have you tried to install any client mods?

nah I only made a backup of my saves and npoe I dont have any client mods

i had this exact same problem. got it fixed though.
