Dishonor Elite a 25man raiding guild seeks healers and dps.

We need consistent, dedicated players that are ready to down bosses.


Requirements:
1. Must possess gear/experience for current content
2. Expected to join a raid with prior knowledge of the fight. It doesn't matter if you haven't had attempts on a boss for heroic yet, but you should have an understanding of the mechanics.
3. Ability to handle constructive criticism
4. Well rounded in all aspects of your character (pulling numbers isn't enough if you suck at mechanics, and vice versa)
5. Must be able to adhere to our raid schedule
6. MUST not have a problem dealing with the drawbacks of progression


Raiding Times: Tuesday - Thursday 7-11pm PST
Loot: Handled by Loot Council

Recruiting:
Tank/or dps with a tank spec with gear for the role if needed - preferably Feral Druid (High Priority) updated
Restoration Shaman (High Priority)
Holy Paladin (High Priority)
Discipline Priest (High Priority)
Restoration Druid (High Priority)
Rogue (Medium Priority)
Any exceptional dps!

Not a very friendly group of raiders. Very vulgar and very immature. Had the misfortune of running with them for a very short time. They refuse to tell you why you sit out if they bench you and do not adapt for failing starts on boss fights. I don't recommend them to anyone out there.

We are still looking for more raiders. You must know the mechanics, be willing to correct any mistakes you make on progression quickly and take constructive criticism. You also must know your class, have an appropriate off spec. and be able to defeat the Mumble boss. Exceptional gamers please apply, be ready to raid, know the encounters for regular AND heroic.

As for the earlier post, if you were sat it was most likely for optimal raid composition. But taking time out during non raiding hours to discuss with one of the officers why you have been benched would have been the thing to do. This guild strives to communicate with their members and expects their members to communicate any concerns they may have.
