I'd wager the Hero Viewer is in reference to the Hero Panel.While we’ll be providing mobile and web apps for our Marketplace and Hero Viewer, along with functionality you’ve already seen in other MMOs, these are not what we refer to as extended experience components.

I wont link pics as they already have been, but my favs are the human racial heavy armour (seraph set), the sylvari racial heavy armor and the asura racial light armor.
I think they just look great and really fit the characters I want to play.
