    (Netflix) Problems accessing account...someone help

    Okay sooo, my wife accidently clicked "start your free trial" on our account last night and now netflix is acting like i dont have an actual account even though I still get charged.

    The main page still has the options to start a free trial and i cannot access streaming online, but i can still access it via my wii...i was wanting to look into switching to dvd rather than streaming but i can't due to it saying I have never been billed (even though i have for the past 3 months) and I havent started a free trial. (again i actually have an account thats been active for 3 months now but i cannot access it online now..even if i wanted to cancel it i can't)

    anyone else had these issues and if so what did you do to fix it?

    Ring customer support, always the safest option if you're being billed.

    Also, you should be receiving emails each month prior to being billed (I think), check if you have them.
