I live in NY 10 min from the canadian border, you are not allowed to possess alcohol if you are under 21, and customs will have no problem taking alcohol from you

Obviously beer and liquor and wine are imported into the U.S., if you want to do the same you will have to go through all sorts of red tape.

So short answer no, but in New York there will be plenty of international pubs to get your drink on.

Anyways, I highly doubt you would be able to bring any over, alcohol laws are incredibly strict in the US (For good reasons)
