Hey all,

I recently built a new computer and have it up and working. I noticed that the speakers make an odd noise at all times. It's kind of a high pitched tone that's continuous, but when I move the mouse or the HDD spins up the noise changes and becomes louder. The sound comes out of both the front and back headphone jacks when I connect the speakers to them.

From what I've researched, it's a form of interference or could be related to parts of the computer being incorrectly grounded. If i plug the speakers into my ipod there is no noise. Do you guys have any idea what it could be or how to fix it?

Thanks
